Nabeel leads the company utilising his 15+ years of experience of leading teams of up to 100 people for startups and fortune 500 organisations. He brings his international exposure of working with Google and Qualcomm, of successful contribution in the exit of two startups. His diverse background and travelling experiences make him an emphatic leader that his team depends on and trusts.
Kamran Shamim
Senior Engineering Manager
Kamran is a trained software engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the software industry, initially in embedded software and later server-side cloud applications development. At Techwards, Kamran is working in the project management office (PMO) ensuring completion of projects with excellence. He has bachelors in Electronic Engineering and Masters in Computer Architecture both from NED university.
Aqil Khan
Program Manager & QA
Aqil boasts a wealth of expertise as a Program Manager and QA specialist, amassing over a decade of experience at the helm of intricate software projects throughout the SDLC and STLC. He has adeptly overseen multifaceted teams within Silicon Valley startups and established U.S. based organizations, spearheading project delivery from inception to realization. He demonstrates exceptional proficiency in orchestrating stakeholders, facilitating requirements gathering, delineating project scope, and assuring punctual, top-notch deliverables that harmonize with project objectives, thereby yielding substantial outcomes within dynamic environments.
Abbas Ali Iqbal

As a Management Consultant, Technologist, and Artificial Intelligence Business Entrepreneur, Abbas has sculpted a rich career path that traverses both domestic and international landscapes. His experience is deeply rooted in leadership roles with prominent institutions such as Barclays Bank UAE, Standard Chartered Bank, Mashreq Bank, and DHL. He currently is the CEO of SBCG, Workstream Automation & Direct Sales & Marketing at Techwards, channeling his vast knowledge into actionable growth strategies.
Raza Abbas Iqbal
Director International Sales
As Director of International Sales at Techwards and Director at SBCG Pvt Limited, Raza has cultivated a diverse career in AI, technology and sales across both domestic and international markets. He leads cutting-edge tech projects at SBCG. At Techwards, he directs AI solution sales in Turkey and the US, applying his vast knowledge in AI and tech to deliver innovative business solutions.
